Hey, I’m Michael Angelo – but most people just call me Mike. I’ve always had a thing for design, which led me to study graphic design in London. But here’s the thing: graphic design is awesome, but it doesn’t exactly pay the bills. So, I decided to dive into web design.
Before this whole agency thing, I worked at RDO, a large appliance retailer and kitchen renovator, where I ended up as the Marketing Manager. I was in charge of a lot of things, and one day, I thought, “Hey, can I redesign the website?” At the time, I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I could make it look nice. Soon, I realised that while making things pretty is cool, business owners care more about one thing: making money.
That’s when I decided to start my own agency – focusing on web design for the home renovation space. I noticed that a lot of businesses in this industry had outdated, lacklustre websites that weren’t doing them any favours. They were literally leaving money on the table, and I knew I could help change that.
So, here I am, running a web design agency that’s all about helping home renovation businesses get websites and marketing that actually work – not just look good. If you need a website that pulls in more clients, gets you noticed, and actually helps grow your business, I’m your guy.
As you can see, we’re a small agency with big dreams, but we’re looking for our foot in the door.
Currently we have a team of around 4 people: Me, an offshore developer, an offshore designer, and most importantly our account manager – Ruud.
Every now and again I’ll design and develop the websites myself, but our offshore team really help move fast and efficiently.
