RDO Kitchens & Appliances approached us with the goal of revamping their online presence and strengthening their brand identity. They needed a website that not only showcased their premium kitchen appliances but also provided a seamless user experience for potential customers.
We helped design RDO’s home page, product pages with CRO in mind, as well as a new Kitchen Studio website with the help of a developer.
The new website changes have seen great success, displaying an increase of Shopify conversion rates to 2-3% from 0.2%, as well as a notable increase of leads coming through to the kitchen business.
We developed an extensive brand identity strategy to update RDO’s aesthetic and make sure that the branding aligned with the core business values and personality.
We developed a new logo, colour palette, business cards, letter head, messaging and more.
We completely overhauled RDO’s email strategy, generating a total of 400k in revenue for 2024, for a channel that wasn’t even being used.
We opted for Klaviyo as the ESP, creating a series of custom flows and campaigns for the year, along with diverse segmentation based on the customer.
We took over RDO’s social media channels, templatising the instagram feed to show more consistent branding, as well as delivering high quality images and reels to show off the luxury kitchens.
In addition to this, we ran paid ads via facebook to funnel potential buyers to our website, a system that didn’t exist before.
